We launched!
easywed. is a seating planner for your wedding. Draw the hall, put the tables where you want them, sit everyone down - in the browser, together with your other half, no spreadsheet anywhere. Here is what the first version can do.
- Draw your hall to size, then drag in round and rectangular tables and say how many people fit at each one. The dance floor, the bar and anything else in the room go in the same way.
- Your whole guest list lives in one place, dietary needs included. Drag a guest onto a seat or pick one from a list, and the progress bar keeps reminding you how many people are still standing.
- Already have the list in a spreadsheet? Bring it in from CSV or XLSX - the wizard asks which column is which and matches table names to the tables you have already drawn. It goes back out too: a flat file you can re-import, or a tidy report grouped by table.
- Not sure where to start? Ask the assistant to lay out the hall, add a few tables or seat some people, and watch it happen in front of you.
- Send an invite link to your partner, your mum or your planner, and you are all working on the same plan.
- Reminders keep hold of everything still left to do, and the seating report prints clean enough to hand out - to the venue, to the florist working out which table gets which arrangement, and to the kitchen, with vegan, gluten-free and the rest written next to the names, so every plate goes to the right seat.
- You can try all of it without signing up - guest mode keeps the plan on your device - and sign in later to save it to the cloud. In Polish and English, with three colour themes.
